Booking Terms

Reservations

  • All bookings must be confirmed with full payment or approved deposit
  • Studio rooms are available for booking in minimum 1-hour slots
  • Maximum booking duration is 12 hours per session
  • Bookings can be made up to 3 months in advance
  • Walk-in sessions are subject to availability

Payment Terms

  • Payment is required in full at the time of booking
  • We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payments
  • Prices include VAT where applicable
  • Studio rates are subject to change with 30 days notice

Cancellation Policy

Emergency Cancellations

In case of genuine emergencies (medical, family, etc.), we may offer alternative arrangements on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.

Studio Rules

General Conduct

  • Respect the studio space and equipment at all times
  • No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances on the premises
  • Food and beverages are permitted but must be kept away from equipment
  • Maximum capacity limits must be observed for safety reasons
  • Noise levels must be contained within booked studio space

Equipment Usage

  • All provided equipment must be used responsibly and as intended
  • Report any technical issues immediately to studio staff
  • Do not attempt to modify or repair equipment yourself
  • Personal equipment can be used with prior approval
  • Set-up and breakdown time is included in your booking

Liability and Insurance

Studio Liability

  • Lockdown Studios maintains comprehensive public liability insurance
  • We are not responsible for personal belongings left on the premises
  • Equipment damage due to misuse will be charged to the client
  • Security measures are in place but valuables should not be left unattended

Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for their own instruments and personal equipment
  • Any damages caused by negligence will be charged at replacement cost
  • Professional conduct is expected from all users
  • Clients must report any accidents or incidents immediately

Intellectual Property

Your Content

  • You retain all rights to musical content created during your session
  • Lockdown Studios makes no claim to your intellectual property
  • Recording sessions are completely confidential
  • We may request permission to use anonymized content for promotional purposes

Studio Rights

The Lockdown Studios name, logo, and branding remain our intellectual property. Use of our branding requires written permission.

Contact and Disputes

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes should first be addressed directly with studio management. We aim to resolve all issues amicably and promptly. For unresolved matters, standard UK consumer protection laws apply.
